Having dealt with this issue as well using the tips below, I decided to share them with you, hope they help you to become the confident person you always dream to be.
Love your self completely. If you didn’t know this, real self-love is better than whatever love anyone has to offer. Lets be honest our family, lovers/partners, friends love us BUT there are certain sides of us that they would rather not deal it or may want to crucify us for. I am convinced that if they could change us they will, but the one thing they fail to realize is that no one is perfect. Won’t it be wonderful if we were all perfect?
Real self-love helps you love yourself 100% no matter your flaws.
So no matter what people might say about you, and no matter how many mistakes you’ve made, accept yourself for who you are.
Be your own best friend.In this present day and age, we all look for friendships from the outside instead of from within ourselves. I am in no way putting down friendship with others but are in the process of looking for these external friendship we fail to be our own best friend.
As weird as it sounds, being a friend to yourself does help. Instead of beating yourself up with negative thoughts, why not give yourself a pat on the back once in a while? Being your own best friend will not only make you become more positive person, it will keep away all negative influences out of your head.
Do the things you love. Doing things you love will not only make you happier, but more confident in yourself. Why do something if you don’t enjoy it? If you do something, and you dread doing it, there’s a good chance you won’t put your 100% in it.
